To lazy to make your own Muxtapes and have got a Last.fm account, then use Pipes.
Enter your Last.fm user name and the Pipe will find featured Muxtapes that include at least one track from a favorite artist of yours, then you can listen to the rest of the mix to find new tracks that are close to your music interests.
